SLAB was founded by a team of passionate UW students dedicated to bridging the gap between higher education and K–12 classrooms.

Jayden Yoshihara

Co-Founder

Jayden is a transfer student entering the University of Washington's Construction Management program. He's passionate about making hands-on learning more accessible for K–12 students and building stronger connections between higher education and the broader community.

Wyatt Howard

Co-Founder

Wyatt is also a transfer student beginning the Construction Management program at the University of Washington. He's driven by the belief that good design empowers students to shape their own environments and futures through creativity and collaboration.
