What is SLAB?

SLAB is a design-build mentorship program created by students at the University of Washington that pairs college students with K–12 classrooms to lead hands-on building projects.

We believe every student should have the chance to shape their world. Our programs introduce design thinking, teamwork, and the power of building, right inside the classroom.
